Rep. Joseph Scott Baltz is serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 61, which includes portions of Baxter, Sharp, Randolph and Fulton counties.
For the 91st General Assembly, Rep. Baltz serves on the House Revenue and Taxation Committee, the House Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development Committee, Arkansas Legislative Council, and Joint Performance Review.
Rep. Baltz served as the fire chief for the city of Pocahontas. He previously served at Justice of the Peace in Randolph County. He is on the board for the Randolph County Hospital. In his spare time, he likes hunting, farming, and spending time with his grandchildren.
