Rep. Toni Bradford of Pine Bluff is serving her third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives.  She represents District 18, which encompasses parts of Jefferson and Cleveland counties.
During the 88th General Assembly, Rep. Bradford serves as chair of the Legislative Joint Auditing Subcommittee on Counties and Municipalities.  She is vice chair of Legislative Joint Auditing, and she serves on the Arkansas Legislative Council.  She also serves on Joint Performance Review;  the Governor's Emergency Fund Review Committee; the House  Education Committee, and the House Committee for City, County and Local Affairs.
 

For the 87th General Assembly, Rep. Bradford was Assistant Speaker Pro Tempore of the House.  She served on the House Education Committee; the House Committee for City, County and Local Affairs, and Legislative Joint Auditing.  During her first term, Rep. Bradford served on the House Education Committee and the house Committee for City, County and Local Affairs.
 

Rep. Bradford is a retired teacher.  She has been involved with the White Hall Chamber of Commerce, the Arkansas Retired Teachers Association, the Salvation Army, and the American Red Cross, where she is a volunteer. 
 

Rep. Bradford is a graduate of Rison High School, and she attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, earning a bachelor's degree in secondary social studies.  She and her husband, Thomas, have two grown children.
