Rep. Clark Hall of Marvell is serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 13, which includes Phillips County. For the 88th General Assembly, Rep. Hall chairs the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Joint Budget Committee and the Joint Performance Review Committee, in addition to the House Committee for Public Health, Welfare and Labor.
During the 87th General Assembly, Rep. Hall chaired the Public Health Committee's Subcommittee on Labor and Environment. He also served on the Joint Performance Review Committee; the Joint Auditing Committee, and the House Committee for State Agencies and Governmental Affairs. During his first term, Rep. Hall was vice chair of the Task Force on Substance Abuse Treatment Services and vice chair of the House Rules Committee, in addition to serving on the House State Agencies and Revenue and Taxation committees.
Rep. Hall is a longtime Phillips County farmer. He has served on the Phillips County Quorum Court, and as mayor of Marvell. He and his wife, Becky, are Methodist. They have two grown children.
