Rep. Duncan Baird of Lowell is serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 96, which encompasses part of Benton County.
During the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Baird serves on the Joint Budget Committee, Revenue and Tax Committee, and the committee for State Agencies and Governmental Affairs.
During the 88th General Assembly, Rep. Baird served on the Joint Budget Committee; the House Education Committee, and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. For the 87th General Assembly, Rep. Baird served on the House Judiciary Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee, where he was vice chair of the subcommittee for Constitutional Issues.
Rep. Baird works in investments as a securities trader. He is a graduate of Siloam Springs High School, and he holds bachelor's degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Arkansas.
