Rep. Mary L. Slinkard of Gravette is in her third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. She represents District 92, which includes part of Benton County.

Druing the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Slinkard serves on the Judiciary commitee. Rep Slinkard also serves on the City, County and Local Affairs and as well as the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee.

During the 88th General Assembly, Rep. Slinkard served as vice-chair of the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. She also served on the House Judiciary Committee; the House Management Committee;  the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, and the Arkansas Lottery Commission Legislative Oversight Committee. During the 87^th General Assembly, Rep. Slinkard served on the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee, and the House Judiciary Committee.

Rep. Slinkard is a retired county clerk. She is a member of the Gravette Kiwanis Club and a past treasurer of the Bentonville Kiwanis Club. A native of Gravette, she is a graduate of Gravette High School. She enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling. She has two grown children.
