Rep. Butch L. Wilkins of Bono is in his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 59, a part of Craighead County.

During the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Wilkins serves on the Public Health, Welfare and Labor committee. He also serves on the State Agencies And Governmental Affairs as Vice Chairperson. Rep. Wilkins is apart of the Arkansas Legislative Council.

For the 88th General Assembly, Rep. Wilkins served on the House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee; the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission Oversight Committee; the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee; and Arkansas Legislative Council. He was the chair for the ALC Committee for Charitable, Penal and Correctional Institutions. He was the vice chair of the Joint Committee on Public Retirement and Social Security Programs.

During the 87^th General Assembly, Rep. Wilkins served on the House Judiciary Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. He was also a member of the Joint Committee on Public Retirement and Social Security Programs and a first alternate on the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee and the Legislative Council.

Rep. Wilkins is retired. He and his wife, Pat, have four grown children.
