Rep. Charlie Collins of Fayetteville is serving his fourth term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 84, which includes part of Washington County.
For the 90th General Assembly, he served as chair of the House Insurance and Commerce Committee.
For the 89th General Assembly, he served as chair of the House Revenue and Taxation Committee.
Rep. Collins is a small business owner. He is a graduate of Franklin High School in Michigan. A veteran, he received a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, and he earned a master's degree in quantitative economics from George Washington University. He and his wife, Leeann, have four teenage children: two sons, and two daughters.
