Representative Chris Richey is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 12, which includes Phillips County and portions of Arkansas, Lincoln and Desha Counties.
During the 90th General Assembly, Rep. Richey will serve on the committee for State Agencies and Governmental Affairs, the committee for Public Health, Welfair and Labor, and the Arkansas Legislative Council.
During the 89th General Assembly, Representative Chris Richey served on the House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee.
Representative Richey earned a BA in History and Political Science at Ouachita Baptist University and a MA in History at Arkansas State University.
Mr. Richey lives in Helena where he has been serving as a pastor at the Delta Fellowship Church for eleven years. He has, also, served as the President of the Board for the Helena Kiwanis Club and the Boys and Girls Club of Phillips County.
Mr. Richey and his wife, Holly, have been married for nineteen years and have two children, Ryan and Jon.
