Representative Chris Richey is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 12, which includes Phillips County and portions of Arkansas, Lincoln and Desha Counties.
For the 90th General Assembly, he serves on the committee on State Agencies and Governmental Affairs, the committee on Public Health, Welfare and Labor, the Arkansas Legislative Council, Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, the Joint Performance Review Committee, Joint Committee on Constitutional Amendments, and the Arkansas Lottery Commission Legislative Oversight Committee.
For the 89th General Assembly, he served on the committee on Public Health, Welfare and Labor and the committee State Agencies and Governmental Affairs.
Rep. Richey earned a BA in History and Political Science at Ouachita Baptist University and an MA in History at Arkansas State University.
He lives in Helena where he has been serving as a pastor at the Delta Fellowship Church for eleven years. He has also served as the President of the Board for the Helena Kiwanis Club and the Boys and Girls Club of Phillips County.
He and his wife, Holly, have been married for nineteen years and have two children, Ryan and Jon.
