Rep. Andy Davis is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 31, which includes portions of Pulaski and Saline Counties.
For the 90th General Assembly, he serves on the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, he is the Vice Chair for the Rules Committee, the committee for Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development, the committee for Revenue and Taxation, the Joint Budget Committee, and is a Member of the General Assembly Appointed to Assist with Boys State.
During the 89th General Assembly, he served on the House Public Transportation Committee and the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee. He is Vice Chairperson of House Rules.
He attended Joe T. Robinson High School. He spent three (3) years at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, studying General Engineering. He went on to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he earned his B.S. and his M.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Little Rock Engineers Club, The Water Environment Federation, The Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers, and the University of Arkansas Alumni Association.
Rep. Davis has been recognized by the Leadership Arkansas Alumni and was honored as one of Arkansas Business' 40 under 40.
