Rep. Douglas is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 91 which includes a portion of Benton County.
For the 90th General Assembly, he serves on the Joint Budget Committee, the Committee on Public Transportation, and the Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development.
For the 89th General Assembly, he served on the Public Transportation Committee and the committee for Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development.
Rep. Douglas is a farmer and a real estate agent who resides in Bentonville. He previously served as a Justice of the Peace in Benton County. He was the past president of the Benton County Farm Bureau and serves on the board of directors for the Illinois River Watershed Partnership.
He attended Bentonville High School and the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
He and his wife Tara have three grown children.
