Rep. Donnie Copeland is serving his first term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 38 which includes a portion of Pulaski County.
For the 90th General Assembly, he serves on the committee for City, County and Local Affairs, the committee for Judiciary, the Joint Committee on Public Retirement and Social Security Programs, the Joint Committee on Energy, and the Joint Committee on Advanced Communication and Information Technology.
He attended Northeast Louisiana University and currently works as a pastor at Apostolic Church.
Rep. Copeland is the founder of Arkansas Metro. He enjoys visiting his granddaughter and golf. He resides in North Little Rock with his wife, Shari.
