Rep. Kim Hendren is serving his second term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 92 which includes a portion of Benton County.
For the 90th General Assembly, he serves on the committee on Revenue and Taxation, the committee on Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development, the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, and the Joint Committee on Energy.
He previously served in the House in 2001. He served in the Arkansas Senate in 1979 then again from 2003 to 2011.
He has also served on Gravette City Council and the Gravette School Board.
Rep. Hendren is a farmer, engineer, and real estate broker.
He earned his degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He has been active with Gideons and Kiwanis Club. He is a father of four and lives in Gravette with his wife, Marylea.
