Representatives Barry Hyde, Allen Kerr and Dawn Creekmore gather in the Governor's Conference Room, just before Governor Beebe announces that communications company Windstream will permanently locate its corporate headquarters in Little Rock, creating 210 new jobs and retaining 300 existing jobs.

Governor Beebe credited the Quick Action Closing Fund, which the Arkansas Legislature created in 2007, with helping to secure the Windstream project.
