House Broadcasting Begins at Noon on Monday.
The 89th General Assembly convenes at noon on Monday, January 14.
After members are sworn into office, House Speaker Davy Carter will address the House. Speaker Carter will then announce his selection for chairs of the 10 House standing committees.
As in years past, the House will broadcast all House floor proceedings and most House committees live on our website. The House signal is also sent to AETN, Comcast, and Uverse.
AETN broadcast on KETS channel 2 in Little Rock, KTEJ 19 in Jonesboro, KEMV 6 in Mountain View, KETZ in El Dorado, KAFT 13 in Fayetteville, and KETG 9 in Arkadelphia.
Comcast will broadcast the proceedings on channels 18 or 202. The Uverse government access channel is 99.
You can always view past proceedings on our website by clicking on the Video Library tab. The House archives all video with user friendly tabs labeled with the bill number at the time they were presented for a vote or debate.
