Rep. David Meeks of Greenbrier is serving his fourth term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 70, which includes part of Faulkner and Perry County.  He currently serves as Vice-Chair for the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee. 

For the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Meeks served as Chairperson on the committee on Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs. 

Rep. Meeks served in the military, where he earned the Army Achievement Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. He is a member of the National Rifle Association and former area governor of Toastmasters International. He attended Greenbrier High School and Wolfson High School, and he earned a bachelor's degree in pastoral ministries from Trinity Baptist College.

He attends Bible Baptist Church, where he is a Sunday school teacher.
