Rep. Charlene Fite is serving her second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. She represents District 80, which includes portions of Crawford and Washington counties.
During the 90th General Assembly, Rep Fite serves on the Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee and Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee as well as the Arkansas Legislative Council.
During the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Fite served on the Judiciary Committee and the Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee.
Rep. Fite earned her Masters in Education at the University of Arkansas.
She is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and a Christian Women’s Job Corp mentor. She served 2 terms on the Executive Board at the Arkansas Baptist Convention. She has 5 children and enjoys singing, reading, and travel in her free time.
