Rep. David Hillman is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 13 which includes portions of Arkansas, Lonoke, Prairie, and White counties.

For the 90th General Assembly, he serves on the committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development, the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, and is Vice Chairperson, committee on Public Transportation.

For the 89th General Assembly, he served on the Public Transportation Committee and the City, County and Local Affairs Committee.

Rep. Hillman is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University. He is the past president of the Arkansas Farm Bureau and previously served on the board for the Producers Rice Mill.

In his spare time, Rep. Hillman enjoys horseback riding and collecting antique farm machinery.

He is a farmer living in Almyra. He has 2 daughters.
