Rep. David Hillman is serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 13 which includes portions of Arkansas, Lonoke, Prairie, and White counties.

For the 91st General Assembly, Rep. Hillman serves as Vice-Chair for the House Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development Committee.  He also serves on the House Public Transportation Committee and the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee.

Rep. Hillman is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University. He is the past president of the Arkansas Farm Bureau and previously served on the board for the Producers Rice Mill.

In his spare time, Rep. Hillman enjoys horseback riding and collecting antique farm machinery.

He is a farmer living in Almyra. He has 2 daughters.
