Rep. David Hillman is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives.  He represents District 13 which includes portions of Arkansas, Lonoke, Prairie, and White counties.

During the 90th General Assembly, Rep. Hillman will serve on  the committee for Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development and is Vice Chairperson, committe for Public Transportation and the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee.

During the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Hillman served on the Public Transportion Committee and the City, County and Local Affairs Committee.

Rep. Hillman is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University.  He is the past president of the Arkansas Farm Bureau and previously served on the board for the Producers Rice Mill.

In his spare time, Rep. Hillman enjoys horseback riding and collecting antique farm machinery.

Rep. Hillman is a farmer living in Almyra.  He has 2 daughters.
