Rep. Sabin is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. 

During the 90th General Assembly, Rep. Sabin will serve on the committee for Education, the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee and the committee for City, County and Local Affairs. He is also the 2nd Caucus District Assistant Speaker Pro Tempore.

Rep. Sabin is the Executive Director of the Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub.  He graduated as Valedictorian from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

He later earned his Master's in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Oxford.

Rep. Sabin's academic achievements include being named a Marshall Scholar, Truman Scholar, and Sturgis Fellow.

He was named in Arkansas Business 40 under 40,  a list of intriguing business and political leaders under 40 years old.  Rep. Sabin was also listed in FOLIO:40, a national list of some of the most distinguished magazine and media professionals.
