Rep. Bob Johnson is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 42 which includes a portion of Pulaski County.

For the 91st General Assembly, he serves on the House Revenue and Taxation Committee, the House City, County and Local Affairs Committee and the Joint Committee on Public Retirement and Social Security Programs.

Rep. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas. He also earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He currently works as an accountant at Bob Johnson, CPA.

He served as a Justice of the Peace in Pulaski County from 2005-2015.

He is a member of the Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club, Chamber of Commerce and Ducks United. He is a father of five and currently lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Laurie.
