Biography
Rep. Farrer is serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 44 which includes portions of Lonoke, White, and Faulkner County.
For the 91st General Assembly, Rep. Farrer serves as vice-chair of the House Revenue and Taxation Committee. He also serves on the House Insurance and Commerce Committee and Arkansas Legislative Council.
Rep. Farrer is the owner of Farrer Physical Therapy. He previously served as a Justice of the Peace in Lonoke County.
He is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. He has three grown children and resides in Austin with his wife Victoria.
