Biography
Rep. Jasen Kelly is serving his first term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 28 which includes portions of Saline County.
For the 92nd General Assembly, Rep. Kelly serves on the House Public Transportation Committee, the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, and the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee.
Rep. Kelly is the Chief Executive Officer for Boys and Girls Clubs of Saline County. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelor of Science in health and wellness. He is a member of the Rotary Club Benton/ Bauxite where he was the former president. Additionally, he is a member with the Saline County Executive Association. Rep. Kelly received the Citizen of the Year and the Saline County Visionary Award.
He lives in Benton with his wife and two children.
