Joe Cloud

Rep. Cloud is serving his second term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 71 which includes Pope County.

For the 93rd General Assembly, Rep. Cloud serves on the House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee, the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee, and the Joint Committee on Energy.

He is a retired medical doctor. He participated in Boys State for the state of Arkansas.  Rep. Cloud attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. He then graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical School with his M.D. He also completed his medical residency at the University of Arkansas Medical School in Obstetrics-Gynecology. Rep. Cloud is a member of the Pope County Medical Society, Arkansas Medical Society, and the American Association of Obstetrics-Gynecology.
