On Tuesday, the House passed SB66. This bill states that a commercial entity shall use a reasonable age verification method before allowing access to a website that contains a substantial portion of material that is harmful to minors.

The House also passed the following bills:

HB1562-This bill amends the Naloxone Access Act by increasing the availability and accessibility of the opioid antagonist.

SB344-This bill requires a written notice be placed in healthcare facilities that remind patients and visitors that attacking a healthcare professional is a felony.

HB1591-This bill prohibits local ordinances from placing certain limits on the sourcing of dogs and cats sold at retail pet stores.

SB254-This bill would eliminate the write-in candidates in elections.

SB91-This bill establishes the Audiology and Speech-language Pathology Interstate Compact in Arkansas.

The House will reconvene on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
