Biography

Rep. Holladay is serving his first term in the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 70, which includes portions of North Little Rock and Sherwood.

During the 95th General Assembly, he serves on the House Revenue and Taxation Committee and the House Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development Committee.

Rep. Holladay is a program manager at UAMS, where he works to fill health gaps and rural health disparities across the state of Arkansas. Prior to joining UAMS, he worked with National Guard members to help guide their higher education and career pathways.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Sports Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Rep. Holladay and his wife reside in North Little Rock and are the proud parents of three daughters.
