About Rep. Womack

Rep. Richard Womack is serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 18, which includes portions of Clark, Dallas, Hot Springs, and Garland Counties.

For the 91st General Assembly, he co-chairs the Legislative Joint Audit Committee.  He also serves on the House Public Health, Welfare, and Labor Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. 

Rep. Womack graduated from Benton High school and earned his degree from Ouachita Baptist University.

He owns a paint and construction firm in Arkadelphia.

He is the father of 7 children and resides with his family in Arkadelphia.
