Rep. Garner is serving her first term in the Arkansas House. She represents District 84 which includes portions of Washington County.

Rep. Garner is a retired RNP and a small business owner.  She attended Baylor and graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical School with a B.S.N. and R.N.P. She has been actively engaged and recognized by numerous civic and professional organizations, including: Founder and Board Chair at Role Call; Founder for Feed Communities; University of Arkansas Medical School Psychology Research Institute Board Member; WRMC Foundation Board Chair; University of Arkansas Medical School Board; University of Arkansas Foundation Board; Fulbright College Advisory Board; College of ED/ HP Advisory Board; Amazeum Board; National Museum of Women in Arts – Arkansas Committee; Theatre Squared Board; Mt.
