The State of Arkansas will observe Veterans Day as an official state holiday on Monday, November 11, 2019.
State Capitol Offices and all State Buildings will be closed. The State Capitol Building will, however, be open to visitors that day from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
The Capitol cafe, 500 Grill, and the Capitol Gift Shop will be closed, however.
