Arkansas Legislative Council Recommends Deseg Settlement

On November 15, the Arkansas Legislative Council voted in favor of recommending the proposed settlement of the Pulaski County Desegregation Case presented by Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel.  Click here to read the proposed settlement.
