Biography
Rep. Andy Davis is serving his fourth term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 31, which includes portions of Pulaski and Saline Counties.
For the 92nd General Assembly, Rep. Davis serves on the Joint Budget Committee, the House Revenue & Taxation Committee, the House State Agencies and Govt’l Affairs Committee, and the House Rules Committee.
Rep. Davis attended Joe T. Robinson High School. He spent three years at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, studying General Engineering. He went on to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he earned his B.S. and his M.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Little Rock Engineers Club, The Water Environment Federation, The Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers, and the University of Arkansas Alumni Association.
Rep. Davis has been recognized by the Leadership Arkansas Alumni and was honored as one of Arkansas Business’ 40 under 40.
