Biography
Rep. David Hillman is serving his fifth term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 13 which includes portions of Arkansas, Lonoke, Prairie, and White counties.
For the 93rd General Assembly, Rep. Hillman serves on the House Committee on Agriculture, Forestry & Economic Development, House Public Transportation Committee, the Joint Performance Review Committee, and the Arkansas Legislative Council.
Rep. Hillman is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University. He is the past president of the Arkansas Farm Bureau and previously served on the board for the Producers Rice Mill. In his spare time, Rep. Hillman enjoys horseback riding and collecting antique farm machinery.
He is a farmer by trade and currently resides in Almyra with his wife Janis.
