Biography
Rep. Lanny Fite is serving his fifth term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 83 which includes a portion of Saline County.
For the 94th General Assembly, Rep. Fite serves as the Chair of the House City, County and Local Affairs Committee. He also serves on the House Education Committee and the Joint Auditing Committee.
Rep. Fite is a retired judge of Saline County. He is a graduate of Benton High School and a member of the Lions Club.
In 2011, he received the Professional of the Year Award from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.
He is a father of two and resides in Benton with his wife, Sherri.
