Biography

Rep. Hawks is serving his second term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 70 which includes portions of Faulkner and Perry Counties.

For the 93rd General Assembly, Rep. Hawks serves as Vice-Chairperson of the Joint Committee on Advanced Communications and Information Technology. He also serves on the House Revenue and Taxation Committee and the House State Agencies and Govt’l Affairs Committee. 

Rep. Hawks is a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker RPM Group. He graduated from Central Baptist College with a B.A. in Business Administration. He is a member of Kiwanis and Conway Rotary. Hawks was previously elected as a Justice of Peace for Faulkner County. He is married to his wife of ten years and they have three children.
