Biography
Rep. Sabin is serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 33, which includes a portion of Pulaski County.
Rep. Sabin serves as the vice-chair for the Joint Committee on Advanced Communications and Information Technology for the 91st General Assembly. He also serves on the House Revenue and Taxation Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee.
For the 90th General Assembly, he served as the 2nd District Caucus Assistant Speaker Pro Tempore.
Rep. Sabin is the Senior Director of U.S. Programs for Winrock International. He graduated as Valedictorian from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his MA (Oxon) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University.
His academic achievements include being named a Marshall Scholar, Truman Scholar, and Sturgis Fellow.
Rep. Sabin was invited and accepted to the Aspen Institute Rodel Fellowship.
He was named in Arkansas Business 40 under 40, a list of intriguing business and political leaders under 40 years old. He was also listed in FOLIO:40, a national list of some of the most distinguished magazine and media professionals.
Rep. Sabin resides in Little Rock with his wife, Jessica.
