Rep. Jay Richardson is serving his first term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 78 which includes portions of Sebastian County.
For the 92nd General Assembly, Rep. Richardson serves on the House Public Transportation Committee, the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, and the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee.
Rep. Richardson is in Business Development for Centuria Ventures. He graduated from John Brown University with a B.A. degree.
